Oxford Preservation Awards 2017
We were delighted to be commended for two of our projects at Oxford Preservation Awards 2017.
Northmoor Road:
The substantial detached house was constructed in the early 1900s to a design by H. W. Moore and is considered by some to be amongst the best houses designed by this Architect. The fabric and appearance of the house had deteriorated considerably before our client purchased it in 2015 and set about returning it to its original splendour. The work undertaken by Riach Architects to remodel, renovate and extend the property has secured the future of this beautiful period house for generations to come.
St Michael’s Street:
The project at St Michael’s street-involved the renovation and rejuvenation of a previously outdated Commercial property in the Oxford Central Conservation Area. The scheme of works undertaken by Riach Architects ensures that the building now provides a positive contribution to this historic Oxford Street.
