Norham Gardens receives Oxford Preservation Trust Award for Building Conservation

November 13, By admin

The Oxford Preservation Trust Awards have been running for 36. The awards praise good, modern architecture and conservation throughout the city. At this year’s event our project in Norham Gardens was awarded a Certificate for Building Conservation.

The 1870’s house lies within the North Oxford Victorian Conservation Area and had been divided into flats. We restored the property back to a single substantial family dwelling. The OPT were particularly happy with the new stone porch and the reinstatement of railings to the front wall of the property.

Our developer clients we delighted to receive letters of commendation for the projects at Upland Park Road and Apsley Road, both of which were designed to integrate successfully into the existing street scene.
