Lime Walk Post Office, Headington, Oxford

Riach Architects have redeveloped what was once the Postal Sorting Office for the Headington area of Oxford. The project includes reutilising the existing building, creating three levels where there was once one and creating contemporary office spaces within what was a dark, dreary and very dated building. In order to create a viable development it was essential that the site was developed to its maximum. In addition to the office space, Riach Architects have successfully fitted nine small apartments of a contemporary design using high-quality, low-maintenance materials. Awards won
