Talbot Lodge
Situated in the North Oxford Conservation Area, this large Victorian house had been used by a university college and had suffered through neglect.
Riach Architects obtained permission to subdivide and extend the building to provide three substantial houses. We then worked with our clients to realise the permission making the most of the retained Victorian features and injecting a contemporary feel.
