This large Victorian house built in 1884 by renowned Architect G T Sessions and located in a prominent location on Iffley Road was developed by Riach Architects and Lucy Properties to create 9 high specification apartments.
Original features of the house were restored and the frontage was designed to sit well within the St Clements and Iffley Road Conservation Area.
