Cowley Road, Student Accommodation

Riach Architects' brief was to take a poor quality and run-down part of the Cowley Road and create a contemporary development encompassing all the current uses. These include student accommodation, office space, retail space, facilities for the local police, public toilet facilities and a seasonal café for use at Manzell Way Gardens.
